Ms. Masud completed her Bachelor of Laws from Stamford University, Bangladesh in the year 2008 and went on to successfully complete her LLM from the same university in 2009.
Immediately upon completing her studies she joined the law firm A.Rahman & Associates worked for more 07 years. Maharin is an advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Her expertise lies mainly in the areas of Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Construction, Dispute Resolution and Family Law. She has considerable experience in dealing with complex legal issues arising from land title issues and debt recovery. Her expertise in the areas of partnership led her to handle major partnerships in the food and beverage sector in Bangladesh. She has excellent drafting, negotiation and leadership skills.
